Bio
Marina Dalla Costa is the Superintendent for Regulatory Policy at the Brazilian National Mining Agency (ANM), where she leads initiatives to strengthen regulatory governance and modernise the mining framework. She has over ten years of experience in the Brazilian mining sector, having previously served as Advisor to the Director-General of ANM and as Mineral Economics Manager.
In 2022, Marina worked at the Investment Partnerships Program (PPI) of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic, contributing to the design of projects and policies aimed at attracting investment to the Brazilian mining sector.
Marina holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Geology from the University of Brasília (UnB), a postgraduate specialisation in Public Policies for the Energy and Mining Sectors from PUC-Rio, and an MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
