Bio
Theresa is currently Affiliate Faculty at the University of Sussex, where she is responsible for teaching courses on trade policy. Previously she led the Graduate Institute's research and outreach work on International Trade. Dr Carpenter holds a PhD in Economics and a Masters in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
