Henri Kouam is an experienced professional economist with research and practical experience on development issues. His professional experience covers economic development, trade, private sector development and financial inclusion, development financing, innovation and technology policy, SME financing, value chains, and regional integration.
He is founder of the Cameroon Economic Policy Institute (CEPI), where they research important policy questions and translate them into action by providing skills-oriented training to at least 1000 Cameroonians annually.
