William Davis is an economic advisor with the Secretariat to the Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF). He has over 15 years of experience in economic policy advice, including on local content and industrial development along mineral value chains. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) degree in economics from Oxford University.
