With over ten years of experience in environmental protection, I lead the IGF's Environmental Management program. In my role, I work to help governments improve management of air and noise, water, waste, and biodiversity, as well as emergency preparedness and response, in the mining sector. Through capacity-building workshops, regulatory reviews, development of guidelines, and technical assistance projects, my goal is to assist IGF members in developing their mining sector with environmental sustainability as one of their core considerations.
